This is a rare ginjo-shu for Miyazumi. The aroma and mouthfeel are both gentle and easy to drink. There is no unpleasant feeling of brewing alcohol at all. The aftertaste is clean and crisp.
100% "Amanotsubu" rice from Kunimi-cho, cooked once.
Perhaps because it is edible rice, I felt a little bitterness like a miscellaneous taste, but it became a habit. The aftertaste was refreshing and good.
Made with Yume no Aka from Fukushima Prefecture. It has a gentle sweet aroma.
It has a slightly fizzy taste in the mouth and plenty of umami, making it very drinkable.
My first Oita sake 🙌.
Comes in a cute dharma cup😊.
Although there is a slight alcohol feeling, it was rather easy to drink. It's supposed to be sweet, but I'm not sure if it is. I'm not sure if that's true, but I didn't mind the added sugar.
Aroma typical of sake. The mouthfeel is gentle and slightly sweet. The bitterness and pungent taste comes afterwards, and then it goes away quickly. It's crisp and refreshing and you won't get tired of drinking it☺️.
This sake is made from organically grown Hitomebore🌾 with a low alcohol content. The sake is refreshing but also has a great taste and is easy to drink😊.
Up until last year it was Gohyakumangoku sake, but this year it's Yume no Ka. It's a shame that we can't drink that flavor anymore, but it's still delicious. I have the impression that the sweetness is a little stronger.
Even for Junmai Daiginjo sake, it seems a little rare to find an original sake. Brewed with natural yeast from Fukujuji cherry trees in Miharu Town, and locally grown rice and water, this is another rare sake.
It has a slightly unique sweet and sour taste and aroma.
The moment you put it in your mouth, it is full of gentle sweetness and you can feel the flavor of the rice. A hint of bitterness and spiciness that comes later tightens up the whole, and you will not get tired of drinking it. It is a beautiful sake that is mellow and free of miscellaneous flavors❗️.
Thank you T.KISO for your ministry️.
I don't even realize I'm doing this, I'm unconsciously checking in at 600 😂 I want to take good care of my health 👍.
In 2021, the brewery won the prefectural governor's prize in the Junmai category and the Yume-no-ka category at the Fukushima Prefecture Spring Appraisal Contest.
Yume-no-ka's full aroma, mouthwatering sweetness and refreshing acidity. It's a perfectly balanced sake☺️.
