This sake was newly released this year.
It is said to be Junmai, but it is not labeled as Junmai-shu.
It is said to be a fusion of two different methods, Kasumochi Genshu and Yaemon Junmai Dry.
It is true that it has a sweetness and umami similar to Kasumochi Genshu, and the clean aftertaste reminds me of Junmai Dry. It's the best of both worlds ๐.
