Yan
Hatsu! Sake from Kagawa Prefecture.
It's a nigori sake with 6 percent alcohol by volume.
The recommended way to drink it is on the rocks, so I tried it that way.
The aroma and taste were sour and creamy, like yogurt.
When the ice melted and diluted it, it was like Calpis.
Even with a sake level of -70, it is surprisingly not sweet, so it is easy to pair with food.
