This is an all Tenei sake, with a focus on local ingredients.
It was my first time to drink Hirotogawa Honjozo and the first time to drink Yudai 21 sake.
I could feel the flavor of the rice so well that I doubted it was pure rice sake. It was very easy to drink because of its acidity and clean aftertaste😊.
