Sake professional, k,f fellow recommendation #2, Shinanotsuru. This is delicious! I don't know that much about it, but in my opinion, it is on a level that is comparable to famous sakes from all over Japan.
It has a full aroma, full flavor, and juicy acidity. The moderate bitterness that lingers in the mouth is also very good.
