3. Tokujiro's limited edition. It is a junmai daiginjo with 40% polished rice, so you would expect it to be light and refreshing, but it is gorgeous and fruity on the palate with a strong flavor. 4. Koei Kiku no Tsukikage. It has a sour taste on the palate, but it is clean and refreshing without any habits. It does not have much of a sake taste and is easy to drink.
