3. blue abyss from Oku-Shimizu, using Misato Yuki-Hanashi yeast. It is sweet and fruity on the palate, with a floral flavor that may appeal to different tastes. As is typical of daiginjos, it is clean and well-rounded, but not boring. Yamadanishiki, Junmai Daiginjo, 40%, a gift.
