4. Houou Mita Akaban. Limited edition. Junmai Daiginjo, kasumi, unfiltered raw sake. It has a gorgeous melon-like flavor on the palate. It is a daiginjo, but it is not too clean, and you can taste the miscellaneous flavors and sweetness that only unfiltered sake can have.
