5. 607 Yumachi from Kaze no Mori, a former standard lineup item that has made a limited comeback. Fresh and gorgeous on the palate, but not too sweet, smooth and fruity like strawberries. The aftertaste is not too bitter, and everything is well balanced. Omachi, 60% junmai, unfiltered, unpasteurized, about 1600 yen, Otsuka Sake Brewery in Honmachi.
