3. longing for spring in Okuharima. The mouthfeel is light and thin, but there is also bitterness and pungency. It tastes similar to Gohyakumangoku, but without much rice flavor or sweetness. Hyogo Yume-Nishiki, 55% junmai ginjo, about 1,700 yen, Otsuka Sake Shop in Honmachi.
