3. Tokujiro's limited edition. It is a junmai daiginjo with 40% polished rice, so you would expect it to be light and refreshing, but it is gorgeous and fruity on the palate with a strong flavor. The aftertaste is crisp with almost no aftertaste. Gohyakumangoku, 40% junmai daiginjo, about 1600 yen, Otsuka Sake Shop in Honmachi.
