3. Hanazono's active nigori sake. The mouthfeel is nigori-like, with a slightly sweet sake-like flavor, but it is not soggy and has a strong acidity and rice flavor. It also has a carbonated feel, making it rather refreshing to drink. Junmai Ginjo, 55%, about 1600 yen, Otsuka Sake Brewery, Honmachi.
