According to the president, Yasuragi is more popular among the locals and is a fantastic sake.
The entrée was curry with minced pork cutlet (🍛).
Very fruity
It feels hard even though it is super soft water, but I think it will loosen up a bit when heated up.
Steak eggplant (white) directly from Miyazu
Yamahai Junmai 3 years old, hot sake.
It has a nice sharpness and richness. I wish I had ordered this from the beginning.
The entrée was raw tsukune ne and squid gratin with salted fish.
They don't always have them on hand, so it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
