I was given a drink at Yakitori Seo on the basement floor of the Tokyo Station Hotel.
To say the least, it was delicious!
The sake has a great flavor and aroma.
I liked it.
This is the King of Kame-no-o, Kame-no-o, and Kame-no-Oh from Kusumi Shuzo. It is tasty, yet refreshing.
This sake brewery was one of the Kusumi Shuzo, famous for its Natsuko sake. No wonder it was so tasty.
I was recommended to try it because it was a rare sake that the vice president of Hakkai Brewery took up the challenge of making. It has a nice aroma, is easy to drink, and most importantly, it is delicious. This is No. 290, Azalea.
There are also No. 340 "Lily", No. 591 "Philadelphia flsabane", and No. 497, apparently. I would like to drink it again when I find it.
I tried this sake because it was said to have won the Grand Prix at the Monaco Salmon Awards 2023. It was indeed delicious. It has a lot of flavor and is very tasty.
When I said I wanted a sake with a good flavor, he recommended it to me. It was delicious, with a nice ginjo aroma and certainly a moderate umami flavor.
I said, "I want a sake with flavor," and he recommended it to me.
It was delicious, but a bit sweet, and I think there are different tastes when it comes to pairing it with a meal. But it was delicious with a unique flavor.
(Nikko Kanaya Hotel) I tried it because it was said to be a rare sake made in the U.S. by transporting rice to the U.S. It was sweet. I was a little disappointed.
