Eikun純米吟醸 夏の白菊
かいたろう
The description reads, "Sake with sweetness and a crisp aftertaste, with a refreshing acidity like citrus fruits," "The kind of sake you want to drink while remembering your second love, not your first," and "Made with 100% Shirakiku rice from Hyogo Prefecture.
The description says, "Made with 100% Shirakiku rice produced in Hyogo Prefecture." It has a firm umami flavor. It is delicious.
By the way, "Eikyuu" is pronounced "Eikyun" in Japanese.
If I had read the description carefully before drinking it, I think it would have tasted even more exceptional...too bad.
