The words "Yamagata Masamune" on the lid. At that point, expectations were high.
My impression is that it has an overall clean taste, with a delicate, subtle sweetness and elegant rice flavor that is very delicious!
There is also a pleasant gasiness at the end, which enhances the ease of drinking while refreshingly tightening up the taste.

I drank it a few years ago and buy it every year
The apple-like aroma and easy-drinking sweet and sour taste collaborate to keep going and going!
Drinking it in a wine glass really brings out the best of this sake!

First time in a year, Mr. Tanaka.
Fresh bubbles, dry and crisp! It is dry but also sweet. I had to drink a lot if I was not careful, so I had to save it for the first day!

My friend who went with me asked me to choose a sake that would go well with fried rice, so I hesitated and chose 洌.
The taste was fresh, but with a robust, drinkable flavor that made the choice a no-brainer (lol).

At a self-serve sake tavern
I chose this because I had bought it before and enjoyed it!
I was expecting more schwash, but alas, there was none. Taste is not sweet, but a fruity type that is easy to drink neat.
