Took me a while to open the package.
The first sip gives the impression of being sweet, but the acidity covers it well and it's easy to drink!

I bought this bottle thinking that it must be delicious because it is a sparkling Houou Mita.
When I opened the bottle, I heard a gentle squeak, and when I poured it into a glass, I felt a pleasant bubbling sensation.
The taste is fruity and almost white wine. The aftertaste was soft and gently sweet and fluffy.
I hope to buy another bottle next year.

The words "Yamagata Masamune" on the lid. At that point, expectations were high.
My impression is that it has an overall clean taste, with a delicate, subtle sweetness and elegant rice flavor that is very delicious!
There is also a pleasant gasiness at the end, which enhances the ease of drinking while refreshingly tightening up the taste.
