I was lured by the store's comment about fresh bonito and 🐟 it's the season for the first bonito 🌿.
I had it cold 🍀.
It has a rich umami flavor that spreads out without much aroma, followed by a bit of sourness that is dry and crisp ✨There seems to be a bit of lactic acidity in the aroma? 🤔
Great with bonito with grated ginger on top 😋.

I talked to the clerk at the store once and thought it looked kind of close to Yuho, so I didn't buy it then, but I didn't realize it was so close to Yuho Shiro 💕
