Drinking out for the first time in a while. A store with a wide selection of sake. The color of the label lured me in and I took a sip. It is full of fruitiness and sweetness. It is a delicious sake.
This sake is produced by Shimazaki Shuzo in Nasukarasuyama City, Tochigi Prefecture. It is a "cave-aged sake" with a suppressed acidity and a delicious umami and sweet taste. I felt it went well with boiled fish. ‼️
