This sake is from a brewery in Naruto, Tokushima Prefecture. It has a good umami and acidity, with a nice aftertaste, and I paired it with fish dishes. It is a delicious sake.
This is my first time drinking Katsikoma from Toyama. It is a mellow sake with a good amount of umami and sweetness and a deep flavor. I paired it with grilled dishes as a mealtime sake!
