The cold chrysanthemum is sweet and refreshing, but with a slight bitterness that clears it up nicely. Wonderful.
I didn't understand the meaning of the term "no yeast added" at first.
It has a complex flavor, acidity and sweetness. It smells like milk caramel, maybe because it comes from lactic acid bacteria.
I would like to compare the taste of "Yamahai" and "Mizumoto" since they are completely different.
