Tsuchida drank as recommended by the shop.
I was blown away by the sticky, amber-colored flavor.
Delicious! But is this really a Japanese sake? shock

The cold chrysanthemum is sweet and refreshing, but with a slight bitterness that clears it up nicely. Wonderful.

Sweet. Delicious! I didn't know the brand at all, but I thought it was the right thing to do to try a variety of drinks without preconceptions.

The sweet and refreshing aftertaste quickly disappears and you can drink as much as you like.

I didn't understand the meaning of the term "no yeast added" at first.
It has a complex flavor, acidity and sweetness. It smells like milk caramel, maybe because it comes from lactic acid bacteria.
I would like to compare the taste of "Yamahai" and "Mizumoto" since they are completely different.

酒屋さん主催、蔵元のインスタライブ…には間に合わなかったが翌日購入。
ガス感があって爽やか。甘さ、酸っぱさが好きな私にとっては、
甘、旨、酸、苦が個人的にとても良いバランス。
複雑な香り等はないので、爽やかにクイクイ飲むのを楽しむ。
5日経って追記。
1日1日ガス感は無くなっていくのが寂しいものの、味わいはどんどんまろやかに甘く美味しくなっていく感じ。
ミルクキャラメルのような香りも。

亀ノ尾・山田錦・雄町（いずれもドメーヌさくら）それぞれの酒米からなるお酒をワインの製造方で言うアッサンブラージュ、混ぜ合わせたお酒。
コロナ禍のこの時にあって、絆の大切さ、そして未来への希望を込めたということです。
こんな味わいも出せるんだ！と、改めて日本酒の奥深さに気づかされたお酒です。
甘さ、旨さ、酸味などが混ざり合った結果、平均化されるのではなくて、全部味わえるという美味しさ。

両関酒造さんの限定酒を購入。このシリーズ毎回美味しく楽しみにしてます。Emotionを購入しましたが、並びでEvolutionというのがあり、そちらが辛口、こちらが旨口だそうです。
甘旨けいで、色も味わいもグレープフルーツのよう。とにかく美味しいです。

口に含むと柔らかく舌に広がり、喉を通る前に全て口の中に吸収されるような錯覚を覚えるお酒。
体に染み込む感じはアクエリアス等スポーツドリンクのような飲み心地。

甘苦い感じのお酒。いろいろな香り成分が溶け合い、口に含むたびに違う印象を受けました。
風味がふわっと口の中に広がり長く残ります。すっときれるタイプと真逆のお酒で、印象としては酒米の風味をよく引き出しているように感じました。（これは単なる勘です）

酸味のない葡萄を皮ごと口に含んだような味わい。
いろいろ同時に飲み比べた中では、特に印象に残らないが、美味しいお酒なのは間違いない。

いや、もう、名前そのままの味です。
三種のお酒購入したところ、こちらは先に飲むことをお勧めされました。繊細で軽やかな味わいだからでしょう。
その通りと思います。加えて、重厚なお酒で散々酔った後に、こちらを一口含むというのも爽やかで美味しくてありかなと思います。
