Purchased at a roadside station in Shimane Prefecture. I bought it because it was rare to find something made from Koshihikari rice, but to my surprise, I let it sit for almost 3 years. (In the vegetable compartment of the fridge). But delicious lol. I wonder what it tasted like fresh?
