The name and label gave me a classical image, but it was actually quite easy to drink and delicious 😇. The Yamaguchi sake event this time seemed to be all about drinking, with each sake brewer pouring their sake and no dispensers, as well as all-you-can-eat buffet meals.

Hmmm, sour. Slightly ginjo aroma. Hard to drink 🤔. Around this area, we ran into Mr. Ikoma Sake Shop! He said he came to drink Kinjaku and after drinking Kinjaku, he left quickly to Ibaraki booth 😁.

Once in Nagato City, we got off the regular train and changed to a 00. Sake purchased on that train. It has a somewhat peculiar aroma. However, the taste is not that peculiar, and I only wonder if it has a strong acidity. It is a delicious sake with a unique taste. It goes well with Senzaki chikuwa.

Today is the second sake I won in a local sake campaign in Yamaguchi (^o^), a Junmai Daiginjo (Shirouo no Sato) from the same Takarabune. It is a very beautiful sake, as Junmai Daiginjos should be. It has a good balance of sweetness without the acidity of junmai sake. The aroma is like muscat. The aroma is also fruity. The aftertaste is like Yamada-Nishiki, and it follows the throat. It's delicious. I'm so happy to win such a sake.

Today is one of the two bottles of sake🍶 I won successfully in Yamaguchi's local sake campaign🍶(^o^)First bottle of Takarabune(^o^)Aroma is lactic acid type aroma. The aroma is lactic acidic. When you drink it, you can taste a little sweetness, lactic acid-like sourness and bitterness, and it finishes clean and crisp. Surprisingly refreshing. It seems to be good with hot sake. I'll try drinking it warmed next time. When I looked at similar sake, I found a common name (amino acid). I wonder if this acidity is what it is. I hear that sake is now designed to have as little acidity as possible, but I personally think this is also possible.
