I bought this when I visited Tsuchida Sake Brewery last year.
Tsuchida Sake for heating sake
The sake is aged in the brewery for a couple of years until it tastes good warmed up.
It is aged for 2 or 3 years in the brewery before being sold.
I drank it at room temperature.
but it tastes better when heated.
The umami of rice and moderate acidity are very good!
