I usually get the impression that it is very sweet, but this one seemed to be designed to be less sweet and more dry. I prefer this one.

At first, there was an alcoholic feeling, but as the drink progressed, I didn't mind it.

It's been a long time since I've had a drink at Katsuma. It is still delicious. The ginjo aroma that comes before you drink it makes you excited. Pure, clear and deep rice flavor. It would be more enjoyable to drink it with a glass of wine and not with a very rich meal. This sake is one of my top sakes.
