I went to Lake Suwa and bought it at the sake brewer's cooperative's direct sales. It is said to be super dry, and it is indeed good when you get used to drinking it, even if it has a little sweetness.
I received this wine as a birthday present from a family member. It was delicious and well-balanced in taste with a touch of rice that can only be found in Niigata.
This sake was recommended to me at a sake shop I stopped by when I visited Numazu. As the description says, it is a refreshing sake without any peculiarities and does not fight with the food. I guess it tastes like it's made in a fish market. It is delicious.
I bought it on a trial basis, and it was, by contrast, extremely tasty. It has a clean and refreshing taste without any habits, yet it has a deep and cloying flavor.
First time. An oriental beauty. It's kind of good, isn't it? It's not particularly fancy, but it's easy to drink and usually tastes good. And it's cosy.
