The first time I drank this, it was like apple cider vinegar and I thought I couldn't finish a bottle, but after the second glass, it became a habit and made me think it was delicious. A gem!
Also, the empty bottle taken a while after finishing the drink,.........................too bad.
I thought it was a dry nigori that did not betray my expectations.
(P.S. 20250227) I ended up drinking 4 bottles of No. 4.
(P.S. 20241206)I bought another bottle on December 1 and finished it on December 6,..,
The carbonation is just delicious with a refreshing taste. Smells and tastes like fresh melon🍈.
Sweetness is felt at the beginning of the drink, but the aftertaste is refreshing. It is more like the sweetness of rice than a fruity taste. Unlike what I imagined from the label, this is an orthodox sake.
As you can see, the empty bottle was taken after drinking.
It is said to be a commemorative sake developed over 11 years in 1985 from rice called Dewa Tsanzan.
As always, the fruity character of Dewazakura is unrivaled.
