Sweetness is felt at the beginning of the drink, but the aftertaste is refreshing. It is more like the sweetness of rice than a fruity taste. Unlike what I imagined from the label, this is an orthodox sake.
As you can see, the empty bottle was taken after drinking.
It is said to be a commemorative sake developed over 11 years in 1985 from rice called Dewa Tsanzan.
As always, the fruity character of Dewazakura is unrivaled.
I did not detect the melon-like aroma described on the label. It was more like a full-bodied one. Maybe it is because I usually drink too much refreshing sake.
I posted this a little after I finished drinking it, and I don't remember to describe exactly what kind of sake it was.
However, I am sure it was delicious.
