At Bic Camera in Yurakucho, there was a tablet device that would select a sake based on one's current mood, so I tried it out. As a result, this sake was selected, so I bought it and tried it right away. I usually drink only junmai sake, and I thought that the alcohol content of honjozo sake would be noticeable, but this one was not so much.

I arrived at it by looking for something similar to Tasake on the Sakewa chart. Personally, I found it a little too sweet, but the oft-repeated apple was true. The sweetness and tartness are truly apple.

I had only ever had it at a restaurant, but I finally got around to drinking it at home. It is still delicious. It is fruity, but not too much, and I like it very much. It is good with nabe (hot pot), but personally, I prefer it with something light like soba noodles.

The tingling sensation of the carbonation was more intense than I expected. The carbonation, combined with the junmai aroma, made it feel like a cider. There was not much alcohol smell, and it was an interesting sake.

I don't often drink Daiginjo because I prefer Junmai type, but there is nothing curdly about it and it is easy to drink. But still...I think again and again that I prefer junmai.

I happened to see it at the supermarket and bought it. The alcohol content is about 5%, so it is very easy to drink. There is a slight carbonation tingle, but it tastes delicious, with a flavor and sweetness like amazake. It seems like a good idea to drink this alone, not with snacks.

When I was in my early twenties, I drank Kamizen for almost the first time as a sake drinker. It has been quite a while since then, but as the name suggests, it is a very light sake, just like water. At the time, it was so delicious that it was no exaggeration to say it was my favorite, but my impression now is that I would prefer it to be a little more sharp or sweet.

I like the flavor or taste of tasake, but this was a little more refreshing. I am a beginner, so it is difficult to describe the flavor. This is a bit extravagant, but I bought it at the end of the year along with Tasake Yamahai, so I was looking forward to it until the new year. As expected, it was quite sweet, with a strong sugar taste. But somehow it also had a refreshing feeling, and overall it was a delicious amazake. After tasting it in your mouth for a while, the taste of rice comes out strongly and it tastes like rice juice.

I bought it a while ago and was looking forward to it until New Year's Eve. Yamahai has a richer aroma and flavor than regular special junmai, and the aroma spread out in the air as soon as I sipped it. I had it with sashimi, especially with sweet seafood like sweet shrimp, and the flavors matched perfectly.

I have been curious about 寫楽 for a long time and finally had a chance to drink it. I thought the aroma was a bit unique. But it's fruity and delicious. I see a lot about bitterness when I look it up, but I didn't really notice it.

The fruity aroma of rice spread to my mouth the moment I sipped it, and it was the type of sake I personally really liked. The fact that it is easy to drink without being too fruity is also good. I have yet to drink it with a meal, but I am looking forward to seeing how it changes its impression while eating.

After drinking the special junmai at a soba noodle restaurant and liking it so much, I found out that tasake is not easy to get, so I did some research in my neighborhood and finally found a place where I could buy it. It is still very tasty, but I think I prefer the Tokusyu Junmai when I think of drinking it with a meal.
