I saw it at Bic Camera and was worried because it was a little expensive, but there was a small size so I bought it to try it out. As soon as I poured it into a sake cup, it had a nice aroma. It did not have the acidity and sweetness of Junmai, and was very refreshing. It is very refreshing, but has an aromatic and elegant taste, which is quite good. I would definitely like to buy it in a 4-ounce bottle next time.

My favorite is apple type, so I have the impression that it is quite different from that. But the juicy berry-like flavor is amazing. It's also very gorgeous, so I'm not sure what to pair it with.

At Bic Camera in Yurakucho, there was a tablet device that would select a sake based on one's current mood, so I tried it out. As a result, this sake was selected, so I bought it and tried it right away. I usually drink only junmai sake, and I thought that the alcohol content of honjozo sake would be noticeable, but this one was not so much.

I arrived at it by looking for something similar to Tasake on the Sakewa chart. Personally, I found it a little too sweet, but the oft-repeated apple was true. The sweetness and tartness are truly apple.

The tingling sensation of the carbonation was more intense than I expected. The carbonation, combined with the junmai aroma, made it feel like a cider. There was not much alcohol smell, and it was an interesting sake.

I happened to see it at the supermarket and bought it. The alcohol content is about 5%, so it is very easy to drink. There is a slight carbonation tingle, but it tastes delicious, with a flavor and sweetness like amazake. It seems like a good idea to drink this alone, not with snacks.
