soy sauce catcher Is this another sake you can't see outside of a sake costing brewery? Bitterness, soy-sauce-like aroma, and a strong sense of alcohol. It has a solid feel to it. If I were to put it in a baseball context, I'd say it's like being a catcher. I don't know why I compared it to baseball. And at the end, you get a strange taste like a young leaf, like an isodine. He's got his own personality.

Candy House 🍭 It's sweet and sour, just so dense! You'll get a gusty sweetness that reminds me of chocolate and candy bars and other candy, but it's not cheesy because it's aged!

Gentle honors student A hint of sweetness. It's sweet and sour. The sourness is a typical Japanese sourness. It has a beautiful sourness. And a faint bitterness. And yet, there is very little irritation to the tongue. There are no flaws in this sake.

It doesn't smell like seaweed. Sweet and sour and juicy. A mysterious scent of chili pepper at the end of the day and a moment of fluffiness. Is it a cold remedy for children? No, it smells much better than that, but I don't know if I can find an analogy.

"Sparkling Cabos Skin in Honey. First of all, a sense of fizziness. Sharp sourness typical of Amaneko. I wonder if you can sense the sweet and bitter taste of Kabosu, the way it's been preserved in honey. It's more substantial and tasty compared to other Shinsei-sama.

"Neutral country Products almost exclusively distributed at the cost of sake breweries The acidity on the palate. The aroma of green apples and the slightly sweet and refreshing taste It's smooth as water, but at the end, the alcoholic feeling runs through your nose. Is there a slight rice taste in the aftertaste? Shop-wise, you'll have to compare drinks based on this one! That's what they say, but I agree. It's more of a balance, a middle ground flavor, a neutral country position.

It's a nice hot bath. They're using #5 yeast. Immediately after opening the bottle. Slightly fizzy, with a pungent aroma of cypress and lime. Let's see, is it like trying a carbonated cypress bath with a lime in it? As the bottle is opened, the aroma fades considerably and the touch of lactic acid becomes stronger and milder!

A pear? Apples? Sweet and sour, fruity and fresh And the flavor at the end is just as delicious. What can I say about the lightly scented scent, apple rice soap? Though I'm not sure there is such a thing. Images.

A big bowl of rice. It has a silky rice flavor that comes to the fore. Maybe it's because I'm using cooked rice, or maybe it's the smell of cooked rice? It has a nice aroma and flavor, a type not often found in other sake. Eiko Fuji is supposed to be juicy, but it's not sizzling and diffuse, it's more gentle.

It's hot. Freshness! So hot! Juicy and juicy like a lychee melon 😋 It has a bit of bitterness too, though I felt it was like a fruit peel. This bitterness is not too bitter, but it's well balanced.

Sweet and sour, or sour-sweet? I think the sour taste is dominant. The aroma is a little bit of a Shinsei-like wood vat, but with a stronger citrus aroma. Yoglina in terms of sharpness, sweet and sour, slightly pink grapefruit, juicy

"Volvic. Gasiness, dryness But it's thick, or something like that. Or should I say "hard"? A volvic! I thought. Personally, I think I like the other Kuheiji better. On the other hand, that's what we call food poisoning! Some people might think.
