Hououmita Drinking Comparison (6) When you drink it heated Fluffy! It has a fruity aroma like white peaches and an alcohol aroma. The taste of the rice is not bitter, but clean and smooth. You might enjoy the fruity flavor if you don't raise the temperature too much. If you drink it chilled Fresh! Melon-like and peach-like. The sharpness is still there even when chilled! The label says it's recommended for room temperature to lukewarm, but if you don't overheat it, you can enjoy it at any temperature with a variety of expressions! The taste and the fact that you can enjoy it in a variety of temperatures make this my personal number one Hououmita that I've tried so far.

Hououmita Drinking Comparison① Rather melon? Freshness and juiciness. This is one of the strongest bottles in the costa. I had it with cold sake, and it has a strong bitterness of rice. The bitterness also leaves a lasting impression! I just noticed that it says on the label that it has a sharp taste when warmed to room temperature. Maybe it would have been better to drink it a little warmer? I'll try it at room temperature next time!

It's not the price that counts, it's the taste of the alcohol. This is one of the sake that taught me that High Cospa It's a little fresh, and you don't feel the alcohol, but it's smooth. The aroma is similar to that of a pear. Nashimizu. I can't complain about the price though it is a bit thin. If it was served to you as a chaser, you might drink it without realizing it.

"Foaming! Kouei Kiku. It's the most fizzy of all the Kouyoungiku I've ever had. You can feel the flavor of the rice strongly because the tail is involved. It has a refreshing acidity like citrus and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. The gas and a little bitter taste tighten the whole taste, so you will not get tired of drinking it.
