あせじゅん
soy sauce catcher
Is this another sake you can't see outside of a sake costing brewery?
Bitterness, soy-sauce-like aroma, and a strong sense of alcohol. It has a solid feel to it. If I were to put it in a baseball context, I'd say it's like being a catcher. I don't know why I compared it to baseball.
And at the end, you get a strange taste like a young leaf, like an isodine.
He's got his own personality.
