I bought it because it was on sale at a BellMart I stopped by before taking the bullet train from Tokyo. The first sip was a little harsh and spicy, but as I drank more, the taste became moderately dry. The glass-shaped cup was fresh. I thought it was well thought out, including the naming.
Today I had a one-cup Ozeki Daiginjo. It was easy to drink and tasted honestly delicious without any unpleasant taste. I was delighted to be able to taste this flavor so easily at a convenience store. I was also somewhat touched by the message that appeared after I finished drinking it.
Gentle on the palate, with the sweetness and aroma of rice, it is mellow and very easy to drink. The lingering taste in the mouth is also good. It is a sake that can be drunk in large gulps!
The taste is not boring. It has a fruity flavor. My father-in-law and I drank it all at once. But after a long time, I was able to feel again the quality, the depth, and the pleasure of sake in the scene of sharing sake.
Easy to drink, mellow mouthfeel. There is a feeling of lingering miscellaneous flavors in a good sense in the aftertaste. It is a very good sake for a four-pack. I bought it without thinking.
