This liquor is readily available in my area.
It is one of about 40 sake breweries in Fushimi.
It is located in Shimotoba and my thoughts are that it is distinct from the others.
It has a rather bland taste and high alcohol content, so...it's probably a man's sake for Fushimi.
I served it with ayu fish I caught while tomozuri fishing.
