On the way back from Koyasan and Gojo, we stopped by a sake brewery in Gosho. We were told that they do not sell sake at the brewery, so we were directed to a nearby liquor store. I've never seen Wind Forest before... Rice shochu as a raw material! Taste unlike anything I've ever tasted before. It tastes like pineapple and is quite sweet! but it is clean and refreshing! but it has a punch because of its high alcohol content. It is not a food wine, but it is best to drink it with snacks that go well with wine. To say the least, it's delicious!

I hate labels: ...... but it has no cloying taste for the degree of milling. Is this also the anti-definition of "Polishing..." ⁉︎ Slightly effervescent and delicious! But I don't like the label.

Thank you for the gift. My hometown is Fushimi, but I also like Nada's men's sake! In the end, I like them all! Accompanied by oysters in a clay pot with Hatcho miso from Kakkui! Kobe dialect has "tou" at the end of a word! Delicious! Kobe dialect doesn't say it like this... but 😅
