I felt that Hachitan-Nishiki 55 had a mild aroma and sweetness among the Hahayo-Yauke brands. However, when I drank it today, the second day after opening the bottle, it was still "Hana-yosuyu"! 💖.
The aroma is full, and the sweetness is pungent! Aroma, sweetness, acidity, and umami!
Actually, I have some Hachitanishiki 48 in the fridge. I have 48 bottles of Yatan-nishiki in the fridge.
There are many delicious sakes, but the Hanahyoshu is unique and exceptionally delicious.
Just the thought of having a bottle of Hanahyokyu in the fridge makes my happiness level soar 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.
