Kijoyu from Kuroryu. It is sweet because it is a kijoshu, but it was the sweetest I have ever had. It's like a dessert wine😋 and as I said, it doesn't go well with food. I had it with chocolate.
I was surprised when I thought it was 100% Yamadanishiki, a recent standard. Not only is it delicious 😊, but the label is true." The one who chases two hares will get two hares! No alcohol at all, not just sweet and tasty, but a perfect balance of acidity, slight bitterness, and overall 👌.
Sweet and delicious. Delicious. Slight bitterness in honey water. Slight sourness. This is a single drink ☝️OK or maybe too sweet for a mealtime drink.
This is the first time I drank the much-talked about Sancho. It was very light, although I think it may be due to the fact that the alcohol content is 13 degrees. The aroma and gaseous sensation were also not strong, giving it a fresh spring feeling.
This is a spring sake from Amami. Less sweet than the usual Amami. It has a good balance of bitterness and acidity that stand out, and a faint sweetness. You can feel the spring.
It has low acidity and bitterness, with a clean cut. In spite of this, I did not feel any sense of alcohol at all. It was like the ginjo-shu that was popular a while ago. It has a beautiful mouthfeel with a strong flavor of rice and a ginjo aroma.
When I took a sip, I felt the sweetness, but it was crisp and refreshing with no alcohol aftertaste. It's not as dry as I would like, but it's a perfect match for me as a sake-within-a-sake.
This is a sake from Hokkaido that I have not had the chance to taste. The sharpness is wonderful. It has a fresh green apple-like aroma and acidity. It was a wonderfully balanced sake for sipping. This was the first time I had tasted Kitashizuku, a rice suitable for sake brewing, and it was wonderfully refreshing and completely different from Yamadanishiki.
It was a little different from the image I had of Senkou. It was more clean and crisp than sweet and had a bit of alcohol. It has a lemon-like acidity and a slight sweetness. The aroma and taste are moderate.
80% Opus rice & 20% Yamadanishiki. There is little aroma, and it has a dry impression that is clean and crisp. After that, the flavor and sweetness of the rice spread over the tongue. It was a little different from the juicy image of Senkou.
It's as if the sweetness of the pear is assertive🤔 but the bitterness comes later. After the bitterness disappears, you can feel the sweetness of the pear again. I'm not sure if it's a cut-throat feeling or just the ease of drinking low alcohol 💦but even those who don't drink a lot of sake will find it delicious. I'm not sure how long it's been up 😅.
