Delicious no matter how many times you drink it. The sweetness and sourness is like green apple juice and honey lemon added together😊There is almost no bitterness, and at the end there is a lingering aroma of the wooden vat☝️This is the finest sweet and savory juice. There is no alcohol feeling at all, so I highly recommend drinking it even for sake beginners.

Full of grapefruit feeling. 🍊Sweetness, sourness plus bitterness and slight carbonation. No matter which Sensuke I choose, I have never failed to enjoy it. I am sure that even those who are not good at drinking sake can enjoy it.

Delicious 😚You don't get the usual Akatake flair, but this is exactly what you'd expect from a Hiyaoroshi. It has a refreshing green apple aroma, and is clean and crisp without being overly sweet. It is truly delicious👌.

It is neat and gorgeous. It's not as sweet as the popular sweet and savory type, but it has a sharp mouthfeel and is well balanced and delicious. It's delicious.

No matter how many times I drink it, I always feel that it has a refreshing green fruit aroma and a good balance of acidity, sweetness and bitterness. Combined with the swooshiness of the light bubbles, I think it's excellent as a food sake. The bitterness remains and asserts itself at the end.

100% Omachi rice. Mild ginjo aroma. Moderate sweetness. Bitterness and acidity are assertive. Nice balance for a midday sake. It is not fruity, and the gentle flavor of the rice spreads throughout.

It has a perfect balance of sweet and savory with a clean, crisp finish. It can be drunk on its own, but it is also excellent as a food sake. It has the best cost performance. It has a very good balance.

100% Yamada Nishiki. It's still delicious 🤗it's like a yogurt juice or lactobacillus drink ☝️I'm always surprised when I drink it again and again. I'm sure the balance of sourness and sweetness is excellent👌The aroma is also lactobacillus-like and you can hardly feel the bitterness.

Ohmine's cup sake. The quality is far beyond the level of most cup sakes around. The aroma is not as fragrant as other Ohmine's, but the fruity sweetness and crispness in the mouth and nostrils after a sip is outstanding. I bought two bottles because it was 100ml size, but it was gone in an instant.

Is this sake? I don't think it's very 😅 Japanese sake. A completely new genre of drink. It tastes sweet and sour. It tastes like juice or lemonade, sour and sweet. It's sweet, but not too sweet and refreshing. Like lemonade, like yogurt. A new drink ☝️.

Aromas of green apple and pineapple. Slight sourness and sweetness. It is easy to drink as if you were drinking tonic water. The aftertaste is also refreshing.

The aroma is typical of an oriental beauty. A little citrusy bitterness and sweetness. The bitterness stands out. But there is no unpleasant feeling. Compared to Yamada Nishiki, it tastes more like sake. On the second day, when you taste it, you will be surprised to find that the taste has changed a lot. The bitterness disappeared and the taste changed to sweetness.

100% Miyamanishiki, #6 yeast. Very tasty 👌No alcohol at all. There is no bitterness at all, and a little sourness and sweetness are assertive. It's like honey water. It was very easy to drink with the 13 degrees.

100% Yamada Nishiki from Itoshima. It is very fresh. Even though it is 15 degrees, it is full of freshness and I drank it smoothly. It has a good balance of clear flavor and bitterness. It has a light, umami taste and is delicious as usual.

It has the flavor of Yamada Nishiki, the freshness of lemon, the aroma of grapefruit and freshness. The sweetness was not overpowering and it was easy to drink. The bitterness is full of fruitiness reminiscent of grapefruit. It was full of juicy taste. It was very delicious.

Sweet and delicious. You can feel the bitterness, but the sweetness stands out. I think it's recommended to drink it alone 🤔 even if you don't like sake, you can enjoy it. I love this type.

It was refreshing, crisp and easy to drink. It has a strong alcoholic taste, but it's not sweet and doesn't interfere with food at all. It's the ultimate food sake. Next time I want to try it heated.

The aroma and sweetness are low, and the alcohol is a little strong, but it's perfect as a sake for Japanese food 😋 The slight tingling in the mouth and the sour and bitter taste cut through nicely. It's been a long time since I've had a sweet and savory sake.

Slightly effervescent. Excellent balance of bitterness, acidity and sweetness, with plenty of juiciness. The bitterness asserts itself at the end, but it is refreshed by the swooshing sensation. I had it with grilled meat and it was a perfect match.
