I️have been wanting to try this delicious ️but never had the chance. I finally found it and ordered it immediately. It's sweet and sour, not too bitter and sharp, yet juicy like a pineapple. I was very impressed 😭
Grapefruit bitterness and sweetness. The juiciness. No matter which Yamamoto brand you drink, you can't go wrong. I could feel the calm and delicious taste of sake.
This year it is as delicious as ever. Sweet and sour with a slight bitterness. Plenty of crispness. One you just can't miss with all the seasonality!!!
This is delicious. No alcohol at all, but refreshingly tart and sweet. Slight fizziness. I could hardly taste any bitterness. Although it is sold only at retailers, I bought it at Mimasu Sake Brewery. It was so delicious that it was empty in no time.
The pamphlet introducing this sake says that this brand, which disappeared with the Meiji Restoration, has been revived in the modern age after a lapse of more than 100 years. The pamphlet introducing this sake says, "This brand disappeared with the Meiji Restoration. Is it the effect of fire-refining? The sake has a fairly restrained acidity and a mild umami and sweetness of rice. It is a sake with a thick core that is the complete opposite of its aroma and gorgeousness. I would definitely like to try the nama sake as well.
Compared to the usual gorgeous and juicy Akabu, it has a calmness that is typical of hiyaoroshi. It goes well with meals. It has an exquisite balance between a refreshing taste and sweetness.
Delicious. It is so refreshing that it is hard to believe that the rice is 90% polished. The honey lemon adds a little bitterness. It was served well chilled.
A little alcohol immediately after the bottle is uncorked. It was sharp and clean. The next day, it tasted better, with an increased sense of maturity or umami. It was good as a food wine.
It is refreshing and low in alcohol. This is what summer sake is all about. It has a nice sharpness and is not too sweet. It also has no alcohol taste and goes well with meals. It is delicious.
I finally got my hands on a Hana-yoku. It is hard to find and I wanted to try it once. The aroma of pineapple🍍 like grapefruit right after opening the bottle. The first sip was sweet and juicy. Great balance of bitterness, sweetness and acidity. It was so delicious that the No. 4 bottle was empty in no time.
100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. It is crisp and has a robust flavor of rice. It has an alcoholic taste. I drank it with pickled firefly squid, and it was a solid sake that did not lose to the peculiar pickled squid. However, it was not to my personal taste, so I will not repeat the experience.
Slight alcohol taste. Moderate sweetness and a little bitterness is noticeable 🤔I wonder if it's because I let it sit in the fridge for a bit after I bought it⁉️It was a little different from my personal taste.
It's still not too bad. Sweet and tasty with little acidity.
Juicy type. The ginjo aroma, or the fresh aroma like lemon or melon, is also exceptional. It was delicious.
It is a trendy low-alcoholic sweet and delicious type, but compared to the soft sweetness, the bitterness and acidity stand out a little more, in a good way. I feel that sweet and tasty wines are often difficult to match with meals, but this one is easy to match with meals and can be enjoyed like a white wine. It was delicious.
Very tasty, just as it claims to be super limited. The first sip is juicy and fresh ginjo aroma. It is not too sweet and has a perfect balance of sourness and bitterness. Even though it is not a modern low-alcohol type with an alcohol content of 16.8%, it does not feel alcoholic at all. They only ship it once a year, but I want to repeat it right away ☝️.
Less sweet than other Sengoku brands. There is no bitterness and it is refreshing. There is a slight alcohol taste. It is rather easy to drink with meals. The taste is typical of spring sake, and the bottle label is unique.
100% Yamada-Nishiki, 65% polished rice. You can taste the umami of the rice rather than a refreshing taste. There is also a slight alcohol taste. Personally, I think it is a little far from my taste.
