I'm comparing different natural sakes. This one has mellowed out since I uncorked it. It's delicious!

I drank Niida Shizen no Shizen's Namahashimo Junmai Genjyo and Namahashimo Junmai Ginjyo with my hometown tax payment. Both were delicious. Old sake is interesting.
