The 31st sake brewery in Gifu Prefecture. This is the main brand of Chikono-iwa Sake Brewery in Dachi, Toki City. Purchased at the brewery. It is made from Gifu's sake brewing rice, "drunken musubi". The aroma is more like an energy drink than pineapple. There is no acidity, and the sweetness is moderate. However, the umami and rice flavors are well pronounced. It is a good product to try.

Purchased at Aeon Liquor Shop in Gifu City. Special limited edition. First sake from Fukui prefecture. I wonder if I can call it a first 😅. The aroma is apple. The aroma is apple, but it is so weak that you can't smell it right away after smelling it once. When you put it in your mouth, the rich sweetness of rice spreads and the umami comes out. The quality is so high that you would think, "Is this taste for 300 ml, 720 yen really worth it?

Purchased at AEON Liquor Shop in Tonami. Commemorative sake for the 10th anniversary of the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen. The aroma is pineapple-like. The beginning has a weak acidity, followed by an astringent taste, and then the sweetness of the rice. It is easy to drink with a clean aftertaste.

The aroma has a banana-like ginjo aroma. The aroma has a banana-like ginjo aroma, and as it is called "super-harsh," it is a light and refreshing type of sake with a moderate sweetness. The mouthfeel is refreshing. This low-cost junmai daiginjo is good for dry sake lovers.

The official name is Okuhida BK Junmai Daiginjo Gold. The aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma. It has no acidity and is light and dry with a sweet rice taste. It can be drunk like water, so be careful not to drink too much.

This is a seasonal sake from spring to summer of Onikoroshi, the main brand of the Uota Shuzo brewery. It is a junmai daiginjo unfiltered raw sake that is stored in a snow cellar. It is sold at the brewery, at a roadside station in Kiyomi, Takayama City, and at supermarkets in Takayama City. The color is hazy with lees, and it has a rich aroma of rice like doburoku. The rich flavor is reminiscent of onikoroshi, and the sweetness spreads out from the rich umami. It is one of Misobagi's favorites with a long-lasting aftertaste.

Ponshukan Nagaoka Eki Store Drinking Grui 15 drinks. 7th last month. This is the last one. I chose this one because I had a chance to see it at a roadside station and a liquor store when I came from Tokamachi area. Once I experienced this place, I strongly thought that I would like to visit again next time. After this, we purchased some Niigata sake and returned to the hotel. I returned safely without damaging it.

Ponshukan Nagaoka Ekimae drinking grui 9 cups. Next up is Yahiko, ranked 8th last month. I drank a glass of Yahiko, wondering if it was popular in the regular sake genre. I wondered why it was so popular in the "normal sake" category, and had another glass. It was so refreshingly dry and tasty that I thought it might be a normal sake scam. If this is a normal sake, I have high expectations for junmai sake as well.

Ponshukan Nagaoka Station Store drinking groupie 8th cup. I wanted to try a strong dry sake, so I chose Kashiwa Dew. I thought it would be okay because I am used to drinking Sanzenmori, but I didn't feel it was that spicy despite its high alcohol content. It did have a cheese-like sourness, but it was not strong. I would have understood if I had drunk it first. I still have some more sake to drink, so I bought some coins.
