Next up is Yahiko, ranked 8th last month.
I drank a glass of Yahiko, wondering if it was popular in the regular sake genre. I wondered why it was so popular in the "normal sake" category, and had another glass.
It was so refreshingly dry and tasty that I thought it might be a normal sake scam.
If this is a normal sake, I have high expectations for junmai sake as well.
