I wanted to try a strong dry sake, so I chose Kashiwa Dew.
I thought it would be okay because I am used to drinking Sanzenmori, but I didn't feel it was that spicy despite its high alcohol content.
It did have a cheese-like sourness, but it was not strong.
I would have understood if I had drunk it first.
I still have some more sake to drink, so I bought some coins.
