The fifth sake brewery in Gifu Prefecture. Miwa Sake Brewery's main brand in Ogaki City. Purchased at a supermarket in Takayama city. The name is Shirakawa-go, but the brewery is located in Ogaki City😅. It is a good combination of doburoku and amazake. I have drunk doburoku from Shirakawa-go before, and I can tell you that the sweetness spreads after the sourness, so it is easy to drink, but it is also easy to get drunk.

It is a brand that is almost always found in the local sake corner in Hida. We bought this at a supermarket in Takayama city. It is also sold at the brewery. It is sold in a single bottle, so it is a good deal for those who limit the amount of sake they drink.
