This is the main brand of Chikono-iwa Sake Brewery in Dachi, Toki City.
Purchased at the brewery.
It is made from Gifu's sake brewing rice, "drunken musubi".
The aroma is more like an energy drink than pineapple.
There is no acidity, and the sweetness is moderate. However, the umami and rice flavors are well pronounced.
It is a good product to try.
