First sake from Fukui prefecture. I wonder if I can call it a first 😅.
The aroma is apple. The aroma is apple, but it is so weak that you can't smell it right away after smelling it once.
When you put it in your mouth, the rich sweetness of rice spreads and the umami comes out.
The quality is so high that you would think, "Is this taste for 300 ml, 720 yen really worth it?
