OASIS beer and nigori hot sake
This one was sweet and tasty, my favorite!
I like nigori hot sake.
The OASIS PUB was also a great space. ...... I put it on my memory.
Hot sake (1) that I received on the way home from the OASIS pop-up store.
The first one was a new arrival from the OASIS board.
It was dry and delicious.
It was dry and tasty.
Sake in collaboration with a bolt from the blue
I was so inebriated from nervousness to relief that I added this sake. Really, I have no memory of it. ......
I was a little scared of the new addition to my family (I'm single), but I realized that sake, and by extension, Japanese sake, is a wonderful cultural thing to have as a way of easing the situation.
Congratulations to my sister!
This is my father's company's alcohol.
It's a sake made by my father's company.
It is polished to 35%!
It is dry, robust, and goes very well with food.
Iraka sake brewery that I got into when I drank with my family.
This is also the sake I prepared.
. And the same way, I was so nervous that I don't remember the delicate taste.
I was too nervous to remember the delicate taste. It was light.
I might have liked Ginran better.
It's been a long time since I've been to Lomang!
I prepared this sake for my sister's fiancée. I was hesitant to choose the regular Romain, but I was told that Shimofuri Romain is in season right now.
I was so nervous that I honestly don't remember the taste. ............
It was delicious. Nigori (nigori), ama-ami (sweet and tasty), and stable Romain.
One-step-self limited edition sake released since 2024
Autumn = hiyaoroshi! I headed to a local bar and found a never-before-seen Ippouki sake in stock, which I bought with my brain dead. I'll buy it again next time....
It doesn't have the tingling sensation of the unfiltered raw Ibuki, but it's still delicious. (I think I prefer it to the usual Ippo Mi!).
I think it has a sweeter taste than the unfiltered Nama Ibuki. It has a strong astringent aftertaste that goes well with food.
It has a slight melon aroma.
It's been a while since I bought a bottle of sake, but it's still the best sake I've ever tasted!
I don't know if you can call it sake, but sometimes it's nice to have a different kind of sake.
Sake from Namie Sake Brewery haccoba.
A sake brewery that a local liquor store in my neighborhood is promoting this month.
The concept is to "redefine sake with the culture of craft beer.
Hops used in beer are added to sake during the fermentation process. This is similar to the process of making doburoku, which was used to make doburoku in the past. The taste is sweet and easy to drink.
The taste is sweet, easy to drink, and dangerous. It tastes sweet, easy to drink, and dangerous. It's better to drink with dessert than with a meal. It is very sweet. It's delicious.
I chose this sake because of what I have personally accomplished, and because of the HAPPY word "ha-ha-ha"!
It's more of a juice than a drink! LOL!
Acid to the last degree! Yet the aftertaste is bitter and mysterious!
Sour like a crisp apple!
But the end is slightly bitter, similar to that of coffee or autumn fish.
It is an interesting and mysterious sake! I had the impression that it was a very interesting and mysterious sake.
It went well with Chinese jellyfish.
I tend to drink sweet and tasty sake, so I found that it is good to be adventurous once in a while.
It has been a long time since I have had a bottle of sake in the fridge because of work-related exams!
So light and buoyant that you want to skip it!
Yamamoto, following on from the Pure Black the other day.
It's so light that I want to skip it. Dangerous.
I wonder if the 14% low alcohol content has something to do with it.
It's not a bad idea, but it's also good with soda!
I like the taste of the oli!
A little carbonation at the beginning, but the flavor at the end is very good.
I had it with garland chrysanthemum and chicken hot pot.
It's still cold, but the season is definitely moving forward, and I'm excitedly waiting for spring.
I still love Pure Black!
I've had it at the store, but this is the first time I've bought a four-pack.
First of all, this imposing black color. You always look so cool.
It has a slightly sweet and banana-like aroma at first, but there is a sharp acidity in the aftertaste.
The "Japanese sword" on the back of the label is aptly named.
However, I don't get hangover at all, as if only sake suits my body. However, only good sake will do.
Postscript: It tastes good even a few days after opening the bottle! In fact, the sweet and savory taste has increased. I think it was about this level when I drank it at the store.
Fresh flavor and white peach aroma with a sense of carbonation.
Almost a jacket purchase. The tag around the neck is cute too!
The name comes from the phrase "Winga Gingzuki," which means "to love and enjoy all the seasonal scenery," and "to compose poems by looking at the flowers and to recite poems by looking at the moon.
This was my first visit to Tsuneyama Shuzo. I heard that most of their sake is dry. This one is sweet but not too sweet.
The aroma is completely peachy! It's not too sweet, so it goes well with food.
I think this is the only time I get this feeling when I open the bottle, and I end up drinking too much...that's the fate of a sake drinker.
PS: One person opened a four-pack in one night. People are helpless before unfiltered raw sake. ......
Hi Dachiko 😃
We had a different Tsuneyama not too long ago 😋 and the peachiness without being too sweet 🤗 is delicious too!
I know exactly what you mean 😌 the fate of sake drinkers 😆.
@Jay & Mr. Nobby
Hi there, I'm a new member of the team and I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your comment!
It's delicious, Tsuneyama! We will follow it in the future 👀.
Thanks for the sympathy on the fate of the drinker too 😂.
The family members drank a bottle of sake together!
We couldn't get together at the beginning of the year, so we had a late New Year's party. 9 brands of 1 gou each.
I recorded my favorite sake, Ginran by Iraka Sake Brewery, as a representative. It's a new sake from a sake brewery that was established in 2024. I hope to see it in many places from now on.
Slightly colored, sour, crunchy apples
It's totally "apple!
But not too sweet, it goes well with food.
It has a bit of tortoiseshell flavor at the end, but it's not too sweet. But not too sweet.
I bought it at a local liquor store. There are two versions, one is a fire-brewed version and the other is a draft version!
I want to try the hi-ire version too! Omachi~.
PS: Five days after opening the bottle, it has gone from crispy to mellow, which is impressive! I was disappointed that some brands had an "alcoholic" feel to them, but Izumo Fuji has a rather full flavor. I like it.
Like apples!
It's like an apple!
Anyway, it's fruity and sweet.
But it's not only sweet, the aftertaste is a little bitter, or it has a strong sake taste.
I heard that the taste changes when it is exposed to air, so I will enjoy the change for a while!
I haven't had a Yongbottle for a while, so it's been a while since I've had a chance to drink it again.
Sake is the best after all! I'm looking forward to a lifetime of drinking sake with you.
Gently and carefully made sake
The sake is pressed in a machine called a tank. They put the unrefined sake in a cloth bag called a sakebukuro, lay it in the tank, and squeeze it by applying pressure from above. (Excerpt from the website of sake shop Wadaya)
It's similar to Roman...!
I wonder if it's because they use Yume-no-Ka rice, which is also blended into Roman.
At first it's Roman! It's crispy afterwards.
A perfect dessert🍓
The perfect drink for when you've been drinking sake as usual and want something sweet.
But this has alcohol in it...I have to be careful!
It tastes like freshly squeezed strawberry juice! The taste is freshly squeezed strawberry juice, but the aroma that comes through the nose is a little like sake.
It's sweet, but not too sweet, like Japanese sweets.
But this is a bad drink...
I think I'll drink it with milk when I'm teleworking.
Bottled by hand...!
Apparently, they hand-package the horseradish part.
Fruity at first!
At first it was fruity, but then it turned out to be sake with a strong aftertaste! It became dry.
Even after drinking, the sake feeling spreads slowly.
The label is informative, precise, and easy to understand.
Spring is on the calendar! Let's get in the mood for spring!
The motif is the sea in spring, with the lingering cold and warmth of winter, and it expresses the glitter and haze on the surface of the water.
How literary! Sake is a really good culture...
Fruity! Pineapple and melon feeling🍍🍈
Even though my sake palate is not developed enough to experience "pear-like" or "peach-like", I felt pineapple and melon.
It's very juicy!
It's sweet and delicious, but the aftertaste is definitely sake!
→It's a sweet and tasty sake, but with a decent aftertaste. I've been drinking it for a while now, and I've been thinking about it a lot.
The liquor store I go to often recommends this drink! Finally, I got it!
The "Ubusuna" brand, newly launched by Hananoka Shuzo.
It's really fizzy! I was so careless opening the bottle that the lid flew off!
It's no longer carbonated water! It's no longer carbonated water!
It's very fruity - too delicious!
The label design expresses fungi and microorganisms that are important for the soil, mold and yeast that are essential for sake brewing, and the benefits of nature (fungi and microorganisms) in a microcosmic view of the world. (Copy and paste from the official website)
As mentioned above, the label is very nice!
