I prepared this sake for my sister's fiancée. I was hesitant to choose the regular Romain, but I was told that Shimofuri Romain is in season right now.

One-step-self limited edition sake released since 2024
Autumn = hiyaoroshi! I headed to a local bar and found a never-before-seen Ippouki sake in stock, which I bought with my brain dead. I'll buy it again next time....
It doesn't have the tingling sensation of the unfiltered raw Ibuki, but it's still delicious. (I think I prefer it to the usual Ippo Mi!).
I think it has a sweeter taste than the unfiltered Nama Ibuki. It has a strong astringent aftertaste that goes well with food.
It has a slight melon aroma.
It's been a while since I bought a bottle of sake, but it's still the best sake I've ever tasted!

A sake brewery that a local liquor store in my neighborhood is promoting this month.
The concept is to "redefine sake with the culture of craft beer.

I still love Pure Black!
I've had it at the store, but this is the first time I've bought a four-pack.

We couldn't get together at the beginning of the year, so we had a late New Year's party. 9 brands of 1 gou each.
I recorded my favorite sake, Ginran by Iraka Sake Brewery, as a representative. It's a new sake from a sake brewery that was established in 2024. I hope to see it in many places from now on.
