I don't know if you can call it sake, but sometimes it's nice to have a different kind of sake. Sake from Namie Sake Brewery haccoba. A sake brewery that a local liquor store in my neighborhood is promoting this month. The concept is to "redefine sake with the culture of craft beer. Hops used in beer are added to sake during the fermentation process. This is similar to the process of making doburoku, which was used to make doburoku in the past. The taste is sweet and easy to drink. The taste is sweet, easy to drink, and dangerous. It tastes sweet, easy to drink, and dangerous. It's better to drink with dessert than with a meal. It is very sweet. It's delicious. I chose this sake because of what I have personally accomplished, and because of the HAPPY word "ha-ha-ha"! It's more of a juice than a drink! LOL!
