This sake was given to me by an acquaintance. I have had Kuheiji several times in the past, and it was delicious but not my favorite, but this one was a perfect match. The aroma and aftertaste are wonderful. Even after opening the bottle, the flavor changes from time to time and can be enjoyed to the end. Thank you very much.

Sairai Junmai Ginjo The clear light blue label is stylish. It is sweet and mellow. When the bottle is opened, there is a popping sound and a little gas. After opening the bottle and drinking it for a while, it seems to have become sweeter and tastier. I wonder if it is resuming its maturation after being exposed to air after opening the bottle. It is a delicious sake!

Limited edition Monochrome is out again this year! It's already great! The other day, I went to an event called Kimitsu Jizake Festival. It is the same sake from Chiba, but is the water different between Uchibo and Sotobo? Is the rice different? Is it the way it is made? The flavors are totally different. I am a fan of Kangiku (Sotobo), but I guess there are Uchibo fans as well. Now comes the season of hiyaoroshi (new sake) and shinzake (new sake), the most delicious sake of the year. I am looking forward to it.

The name "Nara" makes you think it is from Nara Prefecture, which is said to be the birthplace of Japanese sake, but it is from Fukushima Prefecture. It has a sweet aroma and a mild taste. It is what is called a mellow, umami-kuchi type sake. It is a rare sake, but I found it on the Internet and bought it. Please enjoy it as a mealtime sake after chilling it well. It is delicious!

This sake was recommended to me by Sake Resort Central in Wakayama City. I ran out of sake at home, so I went online to replenish my supply and found it. The sake was delicious at the Sake Resort, but the moment I drank it, I groaned. The moment I drank it, I groaned "coo". It was the best sake for the Bon Festival. It's from Fukuoka, so it would be great if they had some Sekisaba mackerel or something like that. I don't have any, but....

This is my first time to try black Tenmei. I've had white Tenbi before, but how about black? →It's delicious! Sweet, juicy and refreshing. I didn't taste the white and black at the same time, so I can't tell the difference, but it's delicious enough. Please enjoy it cold.

What's with the booze? Science brothers? The label on the back of the bottle says it was brewed with a calculated brewing process to produce the best quality sake. I thought it would be nothing special, but when I took a sip, I found it to be delicious! The sweetness comes to the forefront, followed by a freshness. It had a bit of a fizzy feel to it and was just the kind of sake I like. Is this what happens when sake is made into a science? I hope Japan will always be a technological superpower.

Good morning, Mizukun 😊. I'm curious about the name...so I'm going to buy it 😆 If you can make a good one with science, you're always welcome to have a good one 😄👍.

Mr. Ponchan. That's right. But there was a news report on the morning news before that some kind of sake association in Fukushima Prefecture is researching the science of sake and how to make good sake. What will happen to sake in the future?

Third appearance! Tasake's Special Junmai. Fresh and sweet. Mellow aroma. It is indeed a premium sake. I had it with my dorm mates over grilled meat. Maybe it was a bit too good a pairing? It is a sake that should be paired with Japanese food. Thank you very much.

My first sake from Nara Prefecture. Nara Prefecture is famous for Kaze no Mori and this Mimuro Sugi. This Mimurosugi is a very special sake. I was attracted by the atmosphere of the label, so I bought it. What did it taste like? It tastes sweet and juicy with a hint of sourness. It tastes like something women would like. I think it is easy to match with not only Japanese food but also Western food. The alcohol content is low at 13%, so you can't help but drink it. It is delicious!

After the golf review meeting, three people somehow broke into our house. A total of four people emptied out in no time. It was sad that I couldn't remember anything at all because I had been drinking quite a bit at the first party. I shouldn't have served such a good drink. From now on, I should prepare a paper carton of "Oni-Killer" for such occasions. What a waste. I cried.

I received this from an old business associate. I'm sorry for making you feel uncomfortable! But I'm glad. LOL! This is the second time I have had Kido Muryozan, but this time I feel it is better than before. Was it because it was well preserved? Is it the difference in the time of preparation? Anyway, it is fruity, easy to drink, and goes down the throat smoothly. The aroma is fresh and clean. There is another Junmai Daiginjo called Kido Junmai Daiginjo 45 in the same price range, but I recommend this one. It is 50% polished rice, though. According to the brewer, Muryozan is special among Kido's products, from the manufacturing process to the rice. It is delicious.

I received this sake as a birthday present. This is the first sake I've ever had. It was dry. I prefer sweet sake, but I enjoyed it. I had 2 gou of it as a food sake, and I felt tipsy. Thank you very much.

This is the second time for me to drink Kijoshu. It is really delicious. Mellow texture and sweet aroma. It has an elegant flavor. It's like a super-premium plum wine without the sweetness. Is this comparable to Jyushidai? I haven't had any Jyushidai lately, so maybe I just don't know. This sake is so delicious that it makes you think so. If you find it, get it immediately!

Hana Yuu is my favorite brand, and I have had many different kinds, but this Omachi is my favorite. The spiciness unique to Omachi gives it a punchy aftertaste. Hanamup is delicious. I knew it.

Honjozo Namazume by Masamune Instrument. It is reputed to be cheap and cosy. The aroma from the bottle mouth after opening the bottle is the sweet aroma characteristic of Musical Instrument Masamune. The first sip is truly fruity. But then a bitter taste runs over the tongue. It made me wonder if it might be a dry sake. The flavor made me think it might be a dry sake. I had a strong impression of the kijoshu I had drunk before, so I felt it was not as good as I would have liked, but I still think it is a delicious sake.

This is the second time. Found at the Aeon Style liquor section in the Aeon Mall. It seems you can buy it anytime. The bottle is stylish with a tusk hanging on it. It seems to be appreciated by women. The flavor is full of fruitiness, as it is made with wine yeast. It also seems to be popular among women. It is a No. 4 bottle, so it ran out very quickly. Would it be better as an aperitif? The alcohol content is low at 12%, so it is easy to drink.

The moment you put it in your mouth. The rich, mellow melon flavor surges down your throat and into your nose. It is irresistible. This Association No. 6 yeast was developed by Shinmasa Shuzo, right? Shinsei 6 is also delicious, but this Hoshisen is not inferior to it at all. I prefer this one. Hoshizumi. Hoshizumi in hiragana is not so good, but Hoshizumi in kanji is always the best.
