What's with the booze? Science brothers?
The label on the back of the bottle says it was brewed with a calculated brewing process to produce the best quality sake. I thought it would be nothing special, but when I took a sip, I found it to be delicious!
The sweetness comes to the forefront, followed by a freshness. It had a bit of a fizzy feel to it and was just the kind of sake I like.
Is this what happens when sake is made into a science? I hope Japan will always be a technological superpower.

That's right. But there was a news report on the morning news before that some kind of sake association in Fukushima Prefecture is researching the science of sake and how to make good sake.
What will happen to sake in the future?
