Honjozo Namazume by Masamune Instrument.
It is reputed to be cheap and cosy.
The aroma from the bottle mouth after opening the bottle is the sweet aroma characteristic of Musical Instrument Masamune. The first sip is truly fruity. But then a bitter taste runs over the tongue.
It made me wonder if it might be a dry sake. The flavor made me think it might be a dry sake.
I had a strong impression of the kijoshu I had drunk before, so I felt it was not as good as I would have liked, but I still think it is a delicious sake.
